Souk Drift Guard
Plans a portfolio rebalance from two holdings, a target weight for the first and a drift threshold, all supplied by the caller. It returns the portfolio total, the current and target weight of each asset, the drift of each in percentage points, whether either exceeds the threshold, and when one does, the value to move and in which direction. The arithmetic is deterministic and uses no market data, so the caller supplies the valuations and the plan follows from them.
